Functionality Requirements:
1) BOR presenter see - all attendee in the BOR + Host + main room Co-Presente (in have)
2) All in BOR can chat with Host and main room Co-Presenter
3) BOR presenter can delete only messages from room chat and own messages in private chats
4) BOR presenter has in drop down item called "<ROOM NAME> chat" (room chat) and private chats of the visible to him attendees (only attendees currently exist in the room)
5) if Host is currently placed in BOR in drop down he will have additional item called "Group chat" (the main room chat)
