Located in Pane 2 (with Annotations on) for Presentations and Documents and in Pane 4 with Whiteboard Tools, the Insert Equation Tool provides users the ability to use Math symbols when annotating on Presentations and Documents or writing on the Whiteboard. For attendees to use, the Host or Co-Host must unlock Annotations or Whiteboard Tools for Attendees.
The Insert Equation (Math) Tool is available in different levels which are chosen when the Host sets up the session (Screen 2 - Settings when creating or editing). The different levels include:
- Default
- Simple
- Grades 3-5
- Grades 6-8
- Grades 9-12
Each level offers the user different tabs with different symbols for their grade level.
Using the tool is as simple as clicking the Insert Equation tool icon, then inserting the symbols or using Handwriting mode to create the equation. Then click OK to insert it in the Whiteboard, Presentation, or Document.
