If you have gone through the Mic and Web Cam setup on the Before Joining a Session, as well as using your Attendee Settings, but one or both are still not working, your browser could be blocking the device(s). If you see either device as a red icon in the session, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
With just a few clicks, you can tell your browser to allow your mic and web cam in these sessions.
**Note: If you ever clear your Browser's data or apply certain Browser updates, you may have to grant these permissions again.
Google Chrome
1. Click on the mic or web cam icon next to your name in the Attendees List.
2. If a box appears at the top of the browser asking for you to Allow, click Allow.
If you get a message saying the device has been blocked, click OK and follow steps #3 and 4.
3. Click the small camera icon with a red x in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window where Jigsaw is visible. (It could appear as a camera even if it is your Mic that is not working.)
4. Click the radial button next to Allows Allow, then click Done.
You may need to refresh your connection (Attendee Settings > Refresh My Connection) for the settings to be recognized. Then the next time you click the device, it should enable.
