The Minutes Per Day panel displays the number of Minutes spent in all Sessions for all Attendees for each day.
Each bar on the chart represents the number of Minutes that all Attendees attended during all Sessions held per day. The y-axis (numbers up the left side) show the number of Minutes. ("K" = thousands)
Note: The Dates displayed on the x-axis (across the bottom of the chart) match the "date filter" currently in effect for the Dashboard.
You will also see a legend containing the following:
- max - maximum # of minutes for a single day
- avg - average # of minutes across all days
- total - total # of minutes for all days combined
Note: The dates at the bottom of the chart are correct! However, if you hover over a specific bar in the chart, the date displayed in the pop-up, will be shifted by 1 day. So, please use the dates at the bottom of the chart instead of the dates in the pop-up.
You can export the data behind this chart to a CSV/Excel spreadsheet.
Use Case Scenario #1
This chart is most useful if you use the Filters (at the top of the Dashboard) to filter for one specific Host/Teacher and/or one specific Session/Class. If, for example, you filter for one specific session, this chart will show you the attendance for each day that session was held.
Use Case Scenario #2
It can also be useful to draw an imaginary line across the "Sessions Per Day", "Attendees Per Day" and "Minutes Per Day" charts, for a specific date. In this one view, you can then see how many sessions were held, how many people attended, and how many minutes they spent.
Again, these charts can be very useful, if you use the Filters (at the top of the Dashboard) to filter for one specific Host/Teacher and/or one specific Session/Class. If, for example, you filter for one specific session, these 3 charts will show you how many times the session was held each day, the attendance for each day that session was held, and finally the number of minutes the session lasted each day.
