Host/Co-Presenter Time Spent (in minutes)

  • Audios - The total amount of time that audio files are played by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Session Recorded - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter used the Server-Side Recording.
  • Videos - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter played videos.
  • My Audio - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter played My Audio
  • My Videos - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter played My Video
  • Phone Audio - The total amount of time Host and/or Co-Presenter uses Phone Audio in the session.
  • Sharing Apps - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter used App Share.
  • Sharing Desktop - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter used Desktop Share.
  • Step Away - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter has Stepped Away.
  • Videos - The total amount of time video files played by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Web Cam - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter "streamed" their Web Cams.

Attendee Time Spent (in minutes)

  • Breakout Rooms - The total amount of time an Attendee is in a breakout room.
  • My Audios - The total amount of time that audio files are played by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • My Videos - The total amount of time the Host and/or Co-Presenter played videos.
  • Phone Used - The total amount of time the attendee uses phone audio.
  • Sharing App - The total amount of time the Attendee uses Application Sharing.
  • Sharing Desktop - The total amount of time the Attendee uses Desktop Sharing.
  • Stepped Away - The total amount of time the Attendee has stepped away.
  • Web Cam Used - The total amount of time the Attendee "streamed" their Web Cams.

Host/Co-Presenter Time Spent (in counts)

  • Annotations - The total number of times a Host and/or Co-Presenter turned "on" annotations
  • Annotations Unlocked - The total number of times a Host and/or Co-Presenter "unlocks" Annotations for Attendees.
  • Attachments - The total number of attachments added to the session(s).
  • Audios - The total number of audio files played by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Breakout Rooms - The total number of breakout rooms created by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Chat - The total number of Group and Direct chats that the Host and/or Co-Presenter typed.
  • Documents - The total number of Documents opened by the Host and/or Co-Presenter
  • Follow Me - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used Follow Me.
  • Images - The total number of times the image thumbnail is "clicked on" and/or "inserted to the whiteboard" by the Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Instant Feedback - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter cleared Instant Feedback.
  • Instant Polls - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter "started" Instant Poll(s).
  • Laser Pointer (2 & 4) - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter used the laser pointer in panes 2 and 4 (Group Whiteboard)
  • Map - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter clicked on the "map" icon. (if available - if not, maybe use zoomed or clicked on a push pin)
  • My Documents (Released) - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter "releases" Documents. This could be the same, released multiple times.
  • My Presentations (Released) - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter "releases" Presentations. This could be the same, released multiple times.
  • My Videos (Released) - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter "releases" Videos. This could be the same, released multiple times.
  • My Web Links (Released) - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter "releases" Web Links. This could be the same, released multiple times.
  • Notes - The total number of Group, Personal, and/or Presenter Notes "saved" by the Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Phone Audio - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter enters the session using Phone Audio.
  • Presentations - The total number of times Presentations were "opened" by the Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Remove From Session - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter clicked the Remove from Session tool.
  • Resize - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter clicked the Resize tool.
  • Room Check - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used the Room Check.
  • Screen Capture - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used the Screen Capture tool in panes 2 and 4.
  • Screen Share - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used Screen Share. (Desktop and /or Application Share)
  • Screen Share Unlocked - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter "unlocked" Screen Share.
  • Session Recording - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used the Server-Side Recording.
  • Step Away - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter used the Step Away.
  • Surveys - The total number of Surveys "released" by the Host and/or Co-Presenter.

  • VoIP Audio - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter enters the session using Computer Audio.
  • Web Cam - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter "started" their Web Cams.
  • Web Cam Recording - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter "started" web cam recordings.
  • Web Cams Allowed - The total number of times the Host and/or Co-Presenter "allowed" a user's web cam.
  • Whiteboard Interactions - The total number of interactions the Host and/or Co-Presenter had on the Group and/or Personal Whiteboards.
  • Whiteboard Unlocked - The total number of times Host and/or Co-Presenter "unlocked" the Group Whiteboard (Attendees Menus or Individually)

Attendee Engagement (in counts)

  • Annotations - The total number of times an Attendee used any annotation tool: Download and or markup tools.
  • Attachments - The total number of times an Attendee downloaded Attachments.
  • Breakout Rooms - The total number of times an Attendee was moved into a Breakout Room.
  • Chat - The total number of Group and Direct chats that the Attendee typed.
  • Images - The total number of times an Attendee clicked on an Image thumbnail.
  • Instant Feedback - The total number of times an Attendee clicked on Instant Feedback.
  • Instant Polls - The total number of times an Attendee responded to an Instant Poll.
  • Map - The total number of times an Attendee clicked on the "map" icon. (If available - if not, maybe use zoomed or clicked on a push pin)
  • My Documents - The total number of times an Attendee "opened" a My Document.
  • My Presentations - The total number of times an Attendee "opened" a My Presentation.
  • My Videos - The total number of times an Attendee "opened" a My Video.
  • My Web Links - The total number of times an Attendee "opened" a My Web Link.
  • Notes - The total number of Group and Personal Notes "saved" by an Attendee.
  • Phone Audio - The total number of times an Attendee enters the session using Phone Audio.
  • Remove From Session - The total number of times an Attendee is removed from the session. This should calculate room check via non-confirmation and/or manually by Host and/or Co-Presenter.
  • Resize - The total number of times an Attendee clicks the Resize.
  • Room Check - The total number of times an Attendee "confirms" a Room Check.
  • Scheduled Follow Up - The total number of times an Attendee "sends" the Schedule Follow Up tool.
  • Screen Capture - The total number of times the Attendee "clicks" the Screen Capture tool in pane 4.
  • Screen Share - The total number of times the Attendee "starts" Screen Share. (Desktop and /or Application Share)
  • Step Away - The total number of times the Attendee "clicks" the Step Away.
  • Surveys - The total number of Surveys "completed" by the Attendee.
  • VoIP Audio - The total number of times the Attendee enters the session and chooses Computer Audio.
  • Web Cam - The total number of times the Attendee "started" their Web Cams.
  • Web Cam Recording - The total number of times the Attendee was recorded via web cam recording.
  • Whiteboard Interactions - The total number of interactions the Attendee had on the Group and/or Personal Whiteboards.
