Q. Are there any limitations on Jigsaw Presentation Uploads or Conversions?
A. The following are new Jigsaw Presentation Upload/Conversion Limitations:
- Maximum File Size: 150 MB for the presentations and 2Gb for other asset types
- Maximum # of Slides: 250 Slides
- No Embedded Video
- No Embedded Audio
Q. Can I embed videos into my presentation?
A. You cannot EMBED Videos (files, YouTube, etc.) into your Presentation. Please use Pane 1 (upload directly into your Asset Library) or use Screen Sharing to show videos during your session.
Q. Can I add timed animations/transitions to my presentation?
A. Having timed animations/transitions or a timed presentation will not work and can cause problems when presenting in a session, within Jigsaw.
Q. Why is my presentation not converting?
A. Two of the most common reasons a presentation fails to convert is an embedded font or a proprietary font.
- To prevent embedded fonts, go to File > Options > Save > Uncheck Embed. Click OK and then Save the presentation.
- Remove the proprietary font (this is a font that is proprietary to a specific system like macOS or iOS or that was purchased) and replace it with a MS-font (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/fonts/windows_10_font_list)
Q. Is there a limit on the number of images I can add to a Session or a Breakout Room?
A. Yes. There is a limit of 50 images that can be added to a single Session or Breakout Room. If you attempt to upload more than 50, none of the images will be added.
