Session Details

 

Q:   What does it mean to clone a session?

A:   Cloning is a quick way to make a copy of an existing session including invitees, assets, and the whiteboard.

 


CLONE SESSION

From the My Sessions page, click the Clone Session button.

You can also clone a session from any page using the Clone Session option in the Session Manager drop down.

The Clone Session page will open for you to begin setting up your session.

Select Session to Clone

Use this drop down to select a previous session to clone.

New Session Settings

These settings will be copied from the session you selected.  Make any changes you want to the newly cloned session from this section.

Clone Invitee

Allows you to select invitees to include from the source (original) session.

Options available:

  • All Invitees
  • Presenters
  • Captioner
  • Co-Host

Clone Assets

Allows you to select assets to include from the source (original) session.

  • Assessments
  • Attachments
  • Audios
  • Documents
  • Images
  • My Audios
  • My Documents
  • My Presentations
  • My Videos
  • My Web Links
  • Presentations
  • Videos
  • Web Links

Clone Other

Allows you to select other items to include from the source (original) session

Options available:

  • Quick Polls

Once all parameters have been selected, click Clone Now.

Session Details

The system will immediately direct you to the Session Details page for your newly cloned session.  From here you can accept the details from the source (original) session or modify the session.
