Pane 4 is more than just a Whiteboard. Pane 4 is a library of assets that the Host or Presenter has released for you to view on your own during the session. As they are released, you will find the following:
Whiteboard
The Whiteboard is a tool that allows you to collaborate with the rest of the attendees. The Whiteboard toolbar contains shapes, text, highlighter, and images. The Host/Presenter can add multiple pages to the Whiteboard.
My Audios
My Audios will provide you a list of the audio files that the Host/Presenter has released for you to listen to during the session. You are able to play these at any time during the session as long as they appear in this pane.
My Documents
My Documents will provide you a list of the documents that the Host/Presenter has released for you to view during the session. You are able to view/read these at any time during the session as long as they appear in this pane.
My Presentations
My Presentations will provide you a list of the presentation files that the Host/Presenter has released for you to view during the session. You are able to view these at any time during the session as long as they appear in this pane.
My Videos
My Videos will provide you a list of the video files that the Host/Presenter has released for you to watch to during the session. You are able to play these at any time during the session as long as they appear in this pane.
My Web Links
My Web Links will provide you a list of the web sites that the Host/Presenter has released for you to visit during the session. You are able to click these at any time during the session as long as they appear in this pane. While visiting the sites/pages, you can bookmark them to save for after the session to look at more thoroughly.
