Personal Web Cam Recording is available in all rooms of a session. Personal Web Cam Recording is an Add-On features so have your Administrator speak to your Account Manager or to Sales if either or both features are not currently available for your sessions.
- In a Test Room, there is no audio recorded as audio is not available in a Test Room.
- If using Phone Audio or Conference Line Audio, the audio will not be recorded.
1. Once the user can turn on the web cam.
2. The Host or Co-Host can record the user's web cam by clicking the White REC button that appears in the upper right corner of the individual's web cam in Pane 1.
3. The Host or Co-Host will name the recording and click Start.
4. When finished, the Host or Co-Host will click the green Rec button to turn off the recording.
