When signed into Jigsaw from the Upcoming Session page click "Help"
From within a Jigsaw session, click the "i" icon.

The Help Desk is the quickest most effective way to receive assistance for technical issues and other issues that may require additional assistance from our Support team.
To request assistance, click on the “Request Support” option on the Jigsaw Knowledge Base page, this will route you directly to our Help Desk.
Once at the Help Desk, please fill out as many of the requested fields as possible and be sure to attach any supporting materials that may be relevant to your issue i.e. screenshots of error messages etc.
It’s important to remember that the more information we receive, the quicker and easier it will be for us to fully resolve your issue. With this in mind, please provide as much information as possible when submitting the request ticket.
