Mobile: How Attendees View Assets

The attendee controls what is viewed in Pane 2. When the Current Presenter releases assets, the attendee may view them from Pane 2. These assets include: videos, presentations, documents, and surveys. Also, they may collaborate on the White Board which is also accessible via Pane 2.

Note: When assets are released, two things happen:

  1. The appropriate asset icon appears in the Attendee Menu bar.
  2. A notification is sent.
