  • Changes to the web cam recordings.

When attendee starts their web cam, a green “rec” button appears.

To record, click the green “rec” button and enter the name for the recording.

Once you have entered the recording name, you must hit “enter” and then you will see the red “rec” button to let you know the recording is running.

To stop the recording, simply click the red “rec” button and it will turn back to green. Note, if you do not stop the recording before the attendee stops their web cam, the recording is paused. If attendee turns on their web cam again, the recording will automatically start back.

Give the recording a few minutes to render and it will be available under the recorded videos icon.

  • Changes in pane 2 when not using “Presentations” and “Documents”.

For the Host and/or Current Presenter, pane 2 defaults to the “Share Desktop” option.

For all other attendees, pane 2 does not show up unless the current presenter shares their desktop or adds presentations or documents into the session.

When this happens, the attendees see a larger pane 1.

  • Editing “Survey Assets”.

If you edit a “Survey Asset” from the Session Assets area, those changes are specific to that asset only in that one session.

  • Editing the original survey.

If you edit a “Survey Asset” from the Company Assets/Asset Library area, those changes are saved to the original asset only. To have those changes show up in sessions where the asset has already been loaded, remove the old asset and add the newly edited asset to the session.
