Presenter Taskbar: How To Send A Room Check In A Session



Q: What is a Room Check?

A: It is an accountability tool available to the current Presenter within a live session.

From the Presenter Taskbar choose the Room Check icon.


The session attendees receive an alert and have a set time period to respond. The default is 60 seconds; however, this time may be adjusted by the Host when setting up the  session.


If they do not respond within 60 seconds or designated amount of time, they will be removed from the session.

Note: The attendee can rejoin the session.
