Q: Why do I need a password?
A: If you create a Jigsaw user profile, you are required to create a password which secures access to your account. Security questions are allowed so that if you ever need to reset your password, you can do so online.
Q: Can I manually change my password?
A: Yes, from your user profile.
Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Use the system “Reset Password” tool and reset it online or via email. If you choose the email option and you do not receive the email within five minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. You may need to whitelist @jigsawinteractive.com in your email settings.
How To Use The Reset Password Tool
Go to www.jigsawinteractive.com.
Choose, Host or Join.
Choose, Forgot your password.
If the security questions and answers have been enabled on your Jigsaw user profile, you can reset your password online.
Online Reset Process
Choose "I want to reset it online" and click the "Next" button.
Enter the email address to reset the password on and choose "Next" button.
Enter your answers to the security questions you selected for your Jigsaw profile and choose "Next" button. All answers are hidden unless the eye is turned off.
Set your new password and confirm.
Passwords must be at least eight characters and must contain at least:
- one capital letter
- one small letter
- one digit
Valid characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, ".", and "-"
Choose "Next" button.
Password will be saved. Click "OK".
Enter your email and the newly created password.
EMAIL RESET PROCESS
Choose "I want an email sent to me with a new temporary password".
Enter your email and choose "Reset Password".
You will receive an onscreen confirmation, click "log in" to return to the Login page...
Then go to your email and locate the Jigsaw - Password Reset email. Copy the Temporary Password and then click the link: Click Here to Reset Your Password.
Enter Temporary Password and create a new password.
Temporary Password: Paste the temporary password into this field.
Password: This is the new password you wish to create.
Confirm Password: Confirm the new password by typing it again.
Choose the button, Update Account.
You will receive a confirmation message that your account has been updated.
Select the button, Continue to Access Account.
You will be directed to the “My Sessions” page where you will find, “Upcoming Sessions”, “Past Sessions” and “Recorded Sessions”.
Note: Only users with Host Accounts will see the buttons: Create Session, Clone Session, and Manage Participants.
How To Manually Reset Password
