Let’s take a look at each way to add images onto the Whiteboard.

The Current Presenter has the ability to grab a screenshot of the image displaying in Pane 2. By selecting the camera icon, the image displayed is dropped onto the Whiteboard.

Pane 3: Insert To Whiteboard (Current Presenter Only)

From Images located in Pane 3, the Current Presenter can insert an image to the Whiteboard.

Click on the image and choose the button, "Insert to Whiteboard".

Image is dropped to the Group Whiteboard.

Pane 4: Insert Screenshot (Any meeting attendee in unlocked mode)

Click on the camera icon found in the editing tools.

Use mouse to “Move” to  drag screenshot tool to the object you would like to capture.

To resize the screenshot tool, use mouse in the lower-right corner to expand or shrink size.
