How To Enable Flash In Your Browser

If you receive the "You need to update your Flash plugin" message when attempting to join a session or watch session recording then your browser settings should be tweaked to allow Flash. See below for detailed instructions for your specific browser.

Chrome Browser: Go to: chrome://settings/content and select Flash >

Click "Add" to add a site exception so that Chrome will recognize Jigsaw.

Enter the url: https://stream.jigsawinteractive.com and click the "Add" button.

Safari Browser:

For macOS 10.13.6 and Safari 11.1.2

With the Safari browser window open, select “Preferences”.

Then click on the “Websites” tab.

Take a look under Plug-ins and make sure that Adobe Flash Player is installed and running a current version.

With the Preferences window open and Adobe Flash Player selected, use the Safari browser to navigate to stream.jigsawinteractive.com which should show in the Currently Open Websites.

Change the setting from “Ask” or “Off” to “On” – this will force all websites to use the adobe flash player plug in automatically.
