Pane 2: Tools Available

  • Display and annotate on presentations (.ppt, .pptx and .key)
  • Display documents (.doc, .docx, .csv, .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .xlsm, .numbers, and .pages)
  • Drop screen capture to the Group Whiteboard
  • Use laser pointer
  • Screen share desktop
  • Screen share an application
  • Use remote access to another computer

 

 


 

DISPLAY PRESENTATIONS

Click the "Presentations" button.

Select the presentation to show and click the "Open" button.

To move between pages type the page number or use the arrow buttons.

 


ANNOTATE PRESENTATIONS

 

Click the annotate icon to turn on.

 

When turned on, allow a brief moment for the pane to refresh. Then you will see the annotation tools on the right, along with the green annotate icon in the bottom left and the download icon.

 

The presenter can save the annotated file as a PDF file locally or as a PDF file to the Asset Library.

To annotate on the page, click on the tool you wish to use and make adjustments allowed for each tool.

Pencil - Ability to adjust color and line size

Highlighter - Ability to adjust color and line size

Text - Ability to adjust size, font, font type, and color

Eraser - Available only to the current Presenter

 


DISPLAY DOCUMENTS

 

Click the "Presentations" button.

Select the document to show and click the "Open" button.

 


USING THE LASER POINTER

Click the "laser" icon and left click and hold on your mouse.

 

 


USING SCREEN SHARE

 

 

 

What Is Fit / Actual

This is a toggle that each participant has available so that they can adjust the size of the item displayed in the pane.
