Phone Only Audio Session
The new "phone" audio option is available to Universal Voice subscribers. Version 1 of enhancements works like this.
From the Session Settings, the Host chooses "Phone" as the audio method. When choosing this type of audio, the session attendees will hear all audio via the telephone. Computer audio is not accessible. If you want the ability to use integrated audio then use the "Computer and Phone" option.
When joining the session, all users are presented with a Call-In Information window. If the Adobe Flash Player Settings window appears, choose "Allow" and "Remember" and then click the Close button.
The Call-In Information window shows the designated phone number(s) along with the session and attendee codes.
Dial the phone number you choose and follow the voice prompts and enter the Session and Attendee codes.
Once you are connected, your telephone turns solid gray and you will see the "OK" button appear in the call-in window.
Click "OK" and proceed with your session.
Phone audio has a 4-hour time parameter as a cost savings measure in the event someone is inactive or has not disconnected. Phone users will be disconnected at 4 hours, but for all active attendees, they can simply dial back into the phone bridge.
Version 1: Includes all audio, except web cam recording. Web cam recording will be supported in version 2.
