Pane 2: Screen Share In Google Chrome

Screen Share is a tool that allows attendees the ability to share information stored locally on your computer with all session attendees.

In order to use this tool, you must install the Jigsaw Desktop Sharing Chrome extension and Jigsaw App. For installation instructions, visit our Help Desk for…How To Install Jigsaw’s Chrome Extension For Desktop Sharing or Pane 2 Screen Sharing Installing Extensions and Jigsaw App From Within The Session.

When an attendee is invited to Screen Share, they will see a green “Start Sharing” button appear in pane 2.

Before you begin sharing, be sure your web cam is off as this helps minimize bandwidth needed and then click “start sharing”.

Share My Desktop

Click "Screen Share".

Click on green "Share" button.



Click "Share" and then follow your browser's prompts for sharing.

Wait for screen share to start. You will see the “starting” button counting down from 120 seconds.

You are now sharing your screen, once this appears.



 When sharing is on, the red “Stop Sharing” button appears. Click, “Stop Sharing” to end sharing. Or Click on the X to close the window and continue sharing your screen.



Share An Application

Before clicking the "An Application" button, you must have the applications opened and expanded on your desktop for those to appear in the drop down list.



Select the window (application) you wish to share.


You are now sharing your screen, once this appears.
