Application Fixes and Updates
- Changed the support and general contact Phone Number to 800-941-6119
(the old number was 877-571-0004).
- Fixed an issue where deleting assessments from the Session would remove the assessments from all rooms.
- Fixed an issue where someone was elevated to Co-Host and could not confirm a Room Check that was initially sent when they were an Attendee.
- Fixed an issue where the overlay message "Please wait for a presenter to join the session." was not being received simultaneously by all users in the Main Room and break-out rooms.
- Fixed an issue where Webcams were not automatically restarting in some cases.
- Fixed an issue with inconsistent Webcam and Microphone behavior in breakout rooms, where the behavior was dependent on the settings in the Main Room when the breakout room was created.
- Fixed an issue in the API Synchronization with Agilix-Buzz where the Host/Teacher was not getting changed if the session was initially created manually.
- Fixed an issue where clicking the "i" (Information icon) on the My Sessions Page, did not take the user to the correct help page.
- Fixed an issue in the Attendee Import from CSV page, where clicking on the help link for template instructions was redirecting to a page without content.
- Fixed an issue so that single quote characters can now be used when changing the password on the My Profile page.
- Fixed an issue where the Start Time was not being enforced in some cases, when an attendee attempted to join the session using a Link.
- Fixed an issue where Inserting images into the whiteboard via Copy/Paste or the Take Screenshot tool did not work in certain cases.
